Considering San Antonio’s Tricentennial and Luminaria Contemporary Arts Festival as SA’s cultural connector between artists, audiences and the world, Near Strangers San Antonio 300 proposes a site-specific light installation made from copper maps and portraits of San Antonio’s inhabitants.
